Honda of Gainesville Completes Multi-Million Dollar Renovation

Honda of Gainesville is ecstatic to announce its renovation completion and  plans to host a Chamber Event in February! Honda of Gainesville is partnering with the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce for “Chamber After Hours” on February 16th at 5:30pm. Food and drink will be served and all guests will receive a guided tour of Honda of Gainesville’s new facility at 3801 N. Main Street in Gainesville. Honda of Gainesville recently completed its multi-million dollar renovation of the New Car Showroom and Service Department with an array of customer-oriented upgrades to better serve their guests. Honda Says its Cars Will Be Industry’s Most Efficient in Three Years

While most were distracted gawking at Subaru’s new BRZ and Toyota’s new 86 sports cars, Honda quietly announced its new Earth Dreams Technology at last week’s Tokyo Motor Show. What exactly is “Earth Dreams Technology?” Earth Dreams is Honda’s new multifaceted engineering tour-de-force with which it expects to achieve best-in-industry fuel efficiency within three years, and to reduce its global CO2 output by 30 percent by 2020. Honda Creates Electric Brakes

Honda might have stumbled upon an important discovery in the world of motoring – by working on an electric-powered brake which will control the hydraulic pressure of its master cylinder using nothing but a ball screw. Whenever the driver steps on the brake pedal, a reaction force can be felt thanks to a simulator, where said reaction force from the master cylinder is not applied to the pedal. Touted to be the first “fully-electric-powered brake” in the world which will separate the pedal and the brake completely, Honda has plans to introduce this new brake into their compact electric vehicle (EV)...
